Approach
Jazmine Jackson, LGPC, NCC
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and must be tailored to suit each client as an individual. I use an eclectic counseling style and draw on various techniques in sessions, including Brainspotting, NTU Afrocentric psychotherapy, spirituality, and your more well-known evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT. I provide clients with the tools, resources, and space to increase self-awareness and tap into the values guiding them from within.
My personal belief
Everyone has the answers within themselves, and I am simply a guiding light to help you find them. Although we did not ask to be here, we are responsible for taking control of our lives, being attuned to our emotions, and fostering inner resilience to reach a place of genuine joy and contentment. Sometimes we need help doing those things, and that is okay!
Administrative assistant
With a deep-rooted passion for the mental health space, Jaiden Peterkin is our administrative assistant who is committed to making a difference. Drawing on previous clinical and medical administrative experience, he brings a unique blend of organizational skills and empathetic care to his role.

What are your core values?
My core values are authenticity and accessibility. I will always show up as my truest, most genuine self, and I encourage my clients to do the same. What states do you practice in?
I am credentialed in the states of Maryland and Vermont. Therefore, I currently practice in Maryland and Vermont (telehealth only). If your home address is not located in either of those states and you would like to work together, you must be seen in person at my office in Laurel, MD, or you can contact me and inquire about coaching services. At this time, I do not provide therapeutic services to clients outside of Maryland and Vermont due to credentialing limitations within the counseling profession.
